Integrated print-and-cut flexibility
For labels, decals, stickers and short-run graphics, the AG-640 folds contour cutting into the same device; no dedicated cutter required. Cutting speed ranges from 10–300 mm/s with adjustable blade force (30–500 gf). For print shops fielding a steady stream of smaller cut jobs alongside larger print runs, that integration removes a step from the workflow and the need for an additional standalone cutter. If production necessitates an extra cutter or two, Roland’s software is pre-built with registration marks to work with the industry standard machines.
