Vertelith 8.7 has just been released and includes a great new feature that has been a bug bear for some users.
Previously spot colours that used white or varnish ink other than the main “Spot White” and “Spot Varnish” did not show up in the print preview. This made it difficult when using custom spot colours for the braille dots, text and pictograms which require different heights.
The latest version of Vertelith fixes this!
Any spot colour using white or varnish will now show up in the print preview panel.
This is especially helpful for printing raised print of different heights in a single pass using custom spot colours.
Create custom spot colours in Illustrator or Corel and add them to Vertelith’s Spot Colour Library to allow different heights of raised print in one table or gantry movement.
Access the latest update from Mutoh Club, accessible by clicking the MC in the top right corner of Vertelith.
